yea now that i think back i cant belive i wasted 50$ on that garbage, I mean im from BC and we have some of the best illegal herb in the world here (which i like to grow for a hobby although i do not sell it), to bad i didnt think long enough to realize that buying some bullshit off the internet was only gonna lead to some dumb shit like this. Oh well i tried it and now i know, compared to other lessons in life that i've learned the hard way 50$ seems like i got off the hook pretty light. If nothing else, now i know that its fake, and im not saying that the company is a fake or that they wont ship you you'r product you ordered....the product is just a fake. Im sure that the people that didnt get their orders are telling the truth though, why else would they file a report, its not like they have anything to gain if herbal smoke shope losses business, except some satisfaction for being ripped off, anyways thanks for ur support i guess, the more people that know the better. You know i wouldnt even be so pissed if Bob or Derek (could those names sound any faker) just addmited to me in a email that yea it is a big scam and yea they basically robbed me of my money, then i would be like well at least you man'd up and told me instead of trying to say that their shit is awesome and so on, the fact is they are never gonna admit it and i dont expect them to, i actually am kinda glad, the whole experiance has taught me alot and im just glad to be me and not derek or bob or whoever hides behind those names, because they must be some really sad human beings to rip off so many people and then not even apologize they just harsh on you saying that they are some hardcore big business that you cant fuck with and that ur bad review means nothing and if you dont pay they are gonna get you with their legal team....haha i mean are they goin to hell when they die or what?? oh well i could probably talk bad about this company all day, and i will to anyone who will listen. ok so i ordered 1 ounce of bud (yea right more like puke in a bag) and it dosnt do s**t. I agree with the other person who left a review this place is a scam, my bud was also moldy, burnt my throat, and smelt like a**. if you were like me and wondering if this stuff does anything...the answer is no. they trick u with the reviews on their website, but any good review was made by someone who profits from people buy this poison. Infact im not sure if this stuff is safe to smoke, could be deadly, it looks nothing like the stuff on the website and it is expensive considering ur buying glorified oregino.
trust me this is a real review from a real customer who smokes alot of pot so i definatly know what im talking about. THIS STUFF DOES NOT GET U HIGH IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM, IT SMELLS BAD, TASTES WORSE, AND IS VERY UNHEALTHY TO SMOKE.....AVOID THIS STORE LIKE THE PLAUGE.....

We have already assisted you.
We have already clearly offered to replace the product. Beings you are in canada and we are in usa, with temperature changes during hot summer months, once in a great while a very fresh herb can get this. And we clearly offered to replace wITHOUT making you return it. I do not know of any companies who would do this. That being said, obviously it was not enjoyable if it had spoiled during shipment due to temp change and fresh herbs.

I tried that 'smoke' crap, too.
A few years ago, I used to sell pot. I know...it's stupid. Anyway, I thought I could make my shwag product better if I used some of this new and legal 'great and totally awesome' smoke. I was very wrong. It didn't do a damned thing but make it smell bad. It's pretend pot. In every sense of the way. It doesn't smell like it, look like it and it certainly DOES NOT get you high. Fortunately, I am no longer a pot smoker. But, I too, was a victim of false advertising. This is a Hawaiian plant that if turned upside down when died out, it kinda 'buds'. All this 'stuff' is, is a regular plant that they spray skunk ass oil on, then ship it to you to smoke.
The United States of America does not and will not allow pot that will get you high. They will sell you stuff that has absolutely NO THC in it WHATSOEVER! Herbal Smoke Shop, You freakin' know better then that! However, they are in the business of making money from potheads who are too damned stoned to realize when they are being ripped off. It's not their fault that you are too stoned and wasted your money on fake crap shwag. They will promise you the world, but if you weren't so stoned, you would see right through that. When I bought that fake smoke, guess what, I was too stoned! I got ripped off. I prefer to think clearly, rather than have clouded thinking. Oh well, I hope you didn't buy alot. I only bought $25.00 worth to try it, before making an investment in 'legal bud'. IF IT SOUNDS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, GUESS WHAT DUDE, IT PROBABLY IS!

If your product was damaged or left in the heat, during a hot summer shipment to the united kindom from the usa, it is possible that it would get moldy as that product is very fresh. It can happen once in a great while during extreme summer heat. That being said we would be more than happy to replace it if you would just email customer service. Since you haven't we haven't been able to replace it. Obviously it didn't taste good and was not enjoyable in anyway if it was spoiled.
I am happy to help you, of you just contact us. Furthermore we have an extremely high repeat customer ratio, and have been growing our business since 1998, each month with more happy repeat customers, posting over 99% customer satisfaction. While you may see 2 people who are not happy per 10,000, most people love our products, which is why we have been in business since 1998 :)

While you may see 2 people who are not happy per 10,000, most people love our products, which is why we have been in business since 1998 :)
There are hundreds of people a WEEK who like the hawaiian enough to be a repeat customer. That is one product we carry alone, out of 50 smokes. Each herb is different, you may not like 3 but love one, or like 3 but not 1, to each his /her own. I mean there are people who have been buying it for 10 years. That is not to say EVERY single person out of the 4 million who purchased it since 1998 love it. Each person is different. The herbs in dutch may work much better for you, for example. Each bud we have, has totally different exotic botanicals in it. That is what our shop focuses on.
That is not to say some people are not impressed, but most people are. We always recommend a sampler pack for new customers to try a variety.
I hope this info helps you. You cannot expect a legal herbal blend or bud that is less than 50 per ounce to be as strong as an illegal item, is the biggest thing. That is not to say you cannot find one that you are very happy with either.

This is a small subsection of the people you have been stealing from! Not everyone knows about ROR. How many people NEVER have a chance to voice their complaint!
Why does EVERYONE complain that you customer service sucks? All they all wrong? Why does everyone complain that your product sucks? All they all lying?
Why would a company have SO MANY COMPLAINTS about the same things over and over?
Do you understand that these are the FACTS which people see? You just appear foolish telling every complaintant how wonderful your service and product is when it is clearly untrue.

He's actually trying to convince people here, and we all laugh at him. All they have to do is find the report w/ photos of the product. It looks like someone vomited lettuce into a bag. People have actually became ill after smoking. Mostly, people keep saying that when/if they receive it, it's moldy. That tells me that what Bob probably does is spray down the 'buds' with water to make them weigh heavier. Just another attempt to cheat his customers out of what they paid for. First of all, being a american citizen I understand that you also understand that this country is full of possibilities and there is no limit to it! But when I say that, do not misunderstand it for you can limitlessly abuse people's faith here! First of all, I ll like to appreciate efforts of Boris and other mentioned gentleman Chris for constantly realizing you that you and your company herbal smoke shop at at fault and there is just no getting back from this opinion. I think you need to clearly read the news rules on this website that mention what cannot be considered a rebuttal!
No-one is interested in hearing how great customer satisfaction u provide, how long u have been in business and how much your monthly sales are! Because if that was the case, you would not get hundreds of complaints regarding same product and in same criteria--primarily: Bad taste, no freshness, horrible quality and no where cole to tylenol-type potency!
Secondly, any company that has invested millions of dollars in their products will know that so many complaints are enough to take that product of their shelf, but in your case you are praising this product and giving excuses as bad temperature!! How pathetic that is? Marijuana is also grown in high temperature and stored in boxes for over months but never looses its high if at least that is the case!
Thidly, I have brought products from your site in the year 2005 when you guys did not have so flashy website that you have now and trust me , even then the qquality of your products was where it remains today. Bob, it is high time that you realize what you re doing and come to decision, because seriouly without any knowledge to you, there has been a assosiation formed in southern calif. in collaboration with some members in India that will be taking mesures against your company(primarily website) that is surely considered illegal to do in most of the civilized world!
So make a choice now, i do not care of money being refunded to me, i much more higher than that. but you need to refund each and every penny to the common people around the world that have fooled by your dishonest practises! END OF REBUTTAL. now yes this is wat we call a Rebuttal up your!

I was very wrong. It didn't do a damned thing but make it smell bad. It's pretend pot. In every sense of the way. It doesn't smell like it, look like it and it certainly DOES NOT get you high. Fortunately, I am no longer a pot smoker. But, I too, was a victim of false advertising. This is a Hawaiian plant that if turned upside down when died out, it kinda 'buds'. All this 'stuff' is, is a regular plant that they spray skunk ass oil on, then ship it to you to smoke.
The United States of America does not and will not allow pot that will get you high. They will sell you stuff that has absolutely NO THC in it WHATSOEVER! Herbal Smoke Shop, You freakin' know better then that! However, they are in the business of making money from potheads who are too damned stoned to realize when they are being ripped off. It's not their fault that you are too stoned and wasted your money on fake crap shwag. They will promise you the world, but if you weren't so stoned, you would see right through that. When I bought that fake smoke, guess what, I was too stoned! I got ripped off. I prefer to think clearly, rather than have clouded thinking. Oh well, I hope you didn't buy alot. I only bought $25.00 worth to try it, before making an investment in 'legal bud'. IF IT SOUNDS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, GUESS WHAT DUDE, IT PROBABLY IS!

yea now that i think back i cant belive i wasted 50$ on that garbage, I mean im from BC and we have some of the best illegal herb in the world here (which i like to grow for a hobby although i do not sell it), to bad i didnt think long enough to realize that buying some bullshit off the internet was only gonna lead to some dumb shit like this. Oh well i tried it and now i know, compared to other lessons in life that i've learned the hard way 50$ seems like i got off the hook pretty light. If nothing else, now i know that its fake, and im not saying that the company is a fake or that they wont ship you you'r product you ordered....the product is just a fake. Im sure that the people that didnt get their orders are telling the truth though, why else would they file a report, its not like they have anything to gain if herbal smoke shope losses business, except some satisfaction for being ripped off, anyways thanks for ur support i guess, the more people that know the better. If your product was damaged or left in the heat, during a hot summer shipment to the united kindom from the usa, it is possible that it would get moldy as that product is very fresh. It can happen once in a great while during extreme summer heat. That being said we would be more than happy to replace it if you would just email customer service. Since you haven't we haven't been able to replace it. Obviously it didn't taste good and was not enjoyable in anyway if it was spoiled.

There are hundreds of people a WEEK who like the hawaiian enough to be a repeat customer. That is one product we carry alone, out of 50 smokes. Each herb is different, you may not like 3 but love one, or like 3 but not 1, to each his /her own. I mean there are people who have been buying it for 10 years. That is not to say EVERY single person out of the 4 million who purchased it since 1998 love it. Each person is different. The herbs in dutch may work much better for you, for example. Each bud we have, has totally different exotic botanicals in it. That is what our shop focuses on.
That is not to say some people are not impressed, but most people are. We always recommend a sampler pack for new customers to try a variety.
I hope this info helps you. You cannot expect a legal herbal blend or bud that is less than 50 per ounce to be as strong as an illegal item, is the biggest thing. That is not to say you cannot find one that you are very happy with either.

This is a small subsection of the people you have been stealing from! Not everyone knows about ROR. How many people NEVER have a chance to voice their complaint!
Why does EVERYONE complain that you customer service sucks? All they all wrong? Why does everyone complain that your product sucks? All they all lying?
Why would a company have SO MANY COMPLAINTS about the same things over and over?
Do you understand that these are the FACTS which people see? You just appear foolish telling every complaintant how wonderful your service and product is when it is clearly untrue.

I think Chris put the last nail in the coffin, Bob just give it up man, we can all see how hard you are trying and its all comin off way too fraudulent, you and I and all the other customers that have ever bought anything from you know the truth from first hand experience. So just give it a rest and accept the fact that when you run and internet site that promises everything and delivers nothing (sometimes literally) that there is going to be backlash on the internet ok. He's actually trying to convince people here, and we all laugh at him. All they have to do is find the report w/ photos of the product. It looks like someone vomited lettuce into a bag. People have actually became ill after smoking. Mostly, people keep saying that when/if they receive it, it's moldy. That tells me that what Bob probably does is spray down the 'buds' with water to make them weigh heavier. Just another attempt to cheat his customers out of what they paid for. This company/Bob is the worst of the worst.

First of all, being a american citizen I understand that you also understand that this country is full of possibilities and there is no limit to it! But when I say that, do not misunderstand it for you can limitlessly abuse people's faith here! I think you need to clearly read the news rules on this website that mention what cannot be considered a rebuttal!
No-one is interested in hearing how great customer satisfaction u provide, how long u have been in business and how much your monthly sales are! Because if that was the case, you would not get hundreds of complaints regarding same product and in same criteria--primarily: Bad taste, no freshness, horrible quality and no where cole to tylenol-type potency!
Secondly, any company that has invested millions of dollars in their products will know that so many complaints are enough to take that product of their shelf, but in your case you are praising this product and giving excuses as bad temperature!! How pathetic that is? Marijuana is also grown in high temperature and stored in boxes for over months but never looses its high if at least that is the case!
Thidly, I have brought products from your site in the year 2005 when you guys did not have so flashy website that you have now and trust me , even then the qquality of your products was where it remains today. Bob, it is high time that you realize what you re doing and come to decision, because seriouly without any knowledge to you, there has been a assosiation formed in southern calif. in collaboration with some members in India that will be taking mesures against your company(primarily website) that is surely considered illegal to do in most of the civilized world!
So make a choice now, i do not care of money being refunded to me, i much more higher than that. but you need to refund each and every penny to the common people around the world that have fooled by your dishonest practises! END OF REBUTTAL. now yes this is wat we call a Rebuttal up your!
